COVID 19

Whilst we understand that you want your awesome order to arrive as soon as possible, we kindly ask for your patience as some of our postal options are currently experiencing delays due to the impacts of COVID 19.
 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Australia Express Post: 1-3 days*
Australia Post other: 1-5 days*

*All shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. While we endeavor to get all orders selected and packed within a 24 hour time frame, please allow 2-3 days for processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that international shipping times are subject to constant changes due to COVID 19 restrictions. For more information on shipping to your area please contact us at sales@rockaway.com.au. If your parcel has already been shipped you can monitor its movements through the tracking number provided.

Import duties, custom clearance charges and sales tax levies are occasionally incurred when the package arrives at your destination. These are country specific charges and are the buyers' responsibility to pay. Charges will differ depending on your country"s regulations. These charges are in addition to international shipping costs already paid to Rockaway Records.

GENERAL

Rockaway Records utilises shipping services that ensure customers receive alert messages (via SMS or email) to inform them of their shipments progress and scheduled delivery date.

Rockaway Records is not responsible for any late deliveries caused directly by 3rd party delivery companies. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via sales@rockaway.com.au or check the tracking information.

 

RETURNS

Our top priority is complete customer satisfaction. The following policies apply on returns or exchanges.

A product may be returned for a full refund or exchange subject to the following:

The product is damaged/faulty (refer to product manufacturers warranty conditions)
The product is not the product ordered
The product does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications

Goods cannot be returned due to change of mind, incorrect use or incompatibility.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us via sales@rockaway.com.au with your order number, the issue and any information that may be useful. We will then contact you with instructions on repair or replacement.

If a product does not meet the returnable goods requirement, at its sole discretion, Rockaway Records may accept the item for exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery of the item with full proof of purchase. In these circumstances, the customer would be responsible for all return and re-delivery postage costs and any additional product costs. No refunds will be given if a product of lesser cost is chosen.

If Rockaway Records has agreed to an exchange, the goods must be received back at Rockaway Records in an unused and pristine condition with all tags or packaging intact and unmarked. An exchange will be disallowed if an item is not received in perfect condition.

It is essential that before you return any goods you speak to a Rockaway Records staff member and have confirmation of an exchange approval.

Please note sale items cannot be returned other than required by law.
