‘Get Behind Me Satan’ is the fifth studio album by acclaimed US alternative rock duo The White Stripes, which this year celebrated its 20th anniversary.

Originally released in 2005 the album was recorded entirely in Jack White’s living room. He was also responsible for all the album’s production. The album was a critical success on release by which stage The White Stripes were a headline act on the festival / touring circuit.

‘Get Behind Me Satan’ won the Grammy in 2006 for Best Alternative Album, going on to become a multi-platinum success. The album features the singles ‘Blue Orchid’ ‘My Doorbell’ and ‘The Denial Twist.’

Now 20 years on, ‘Get Behind Me Satan’ is being reissued on 2LP wispy red and white vinyl.
It remains one of the most unique rock albums of the early 2000’s and cemented The White Stripes legacy as one of the world’s great bands.
