Vintage original official concert merchandise from the actual gig in 1989 - over 34 years ago. Printed for the worldwide tour which included Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

This is a stunning piece of history featuring both colour plus black & white photos. It includes tour dates, discography, tour personnel and a biography of the band.  It also includes information on Amnesty International and Greenpeace. The program is in excellent condition.

Comes with a ticket from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Boondall, Australia for the evening of Wednesday, 4th October, 1989 (Door 6, Section 20, Row S, Seat 105).

THE TOUR
The U2 Love Comes To Town Tour was a concert tour that took place in 1989. It was officially known as the "Lovetown Tour," and it was in support of U2's critically acclaimed album "Rattle and Hum," which was released in 1988. The tour began on September 21, 1989, in Perth, Australia, and concluded on January 10, 1990, in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

During the Lovetown Tour, U2 performed in various cities around the world, including locations in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe, and Ireland. This tour was notable for its relatively smaller and more intimate venues compared to some of U2's later stadium tours, which allowed for a more personal connection between the band and the audience.
