1982 US Allied pressing of Sippie, a celebrated late-career recording from blues legend Sippie Wallace. Backed by Jim Dapogny's Chicago Jazz Band and featuring a special guest appearance by Bonnie Raitt, the album showcases Wallace's timeless vocal style across classics including “Women Be Wise”, “Suitcase Blues”, “Everybody Loves My Baby” and “Up The Country Blues”. A superb blend of classic blues and traditional jazz.
