DESCRIPTION
Australian 2×CD set combining Simon & Garfunkel’s landmark 1982 live album and their 1991 compilation. Disc 1 captures the free benefit concert at Central Park’s Great Lawn on September 19, 1981—performed before some 500,000 fans—featuring live renditions of “Mrs. Robinson”, “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “Late in the Evening”. Disc 2 compiles twenty of their all-time greatest hits such as “The Sound of Silence”, “Homeward Bound” and “Scarborough Fair/Canticle”. Originally released August 1, 1997 on Geffen Records.
