BRAND NEW & SEALED

DESCRIPTION
Originally released in March 2009, Grace/Wastelands is the debut solo studio album from Peter Doherty, co-frontman of The Libertines and Babyshambles. The album includes cameos by Ghrama Coxon (Blur) and Dot Allison. It was produced by Stephen Street at London's Olympic Studios.

A departure from the chaotic, unkempt garage-rock of The Libertines and early Babyshambles, Grace/Wastelands offers a more acoustic, lush, and restrained atmosphere. It blends folk, 1930s/40s swing, jazz touches, and dub-reggae rhythms.

If you like Babyshambles, Dirty Pretty Things, or The Libertines, you'll love Peter Doherty.
