Blending outlaw country with Southern rock influences, the album features the hit "If Heaven Ain't A Lot Like Dixie" alongside favourites including "Whiskey On Ice", "The South's Gonna Rattle Again", "If You Wanna Get To Heaven", a country interpretation of The Beatles' "Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)" and a spirited rendition of "Honky Tonkin'". A standout release from one of country music's most distinctive voices.
