PRE-OWNED CD

DESCRIPTION
Wonderwall Music is the groundbreaking 1968 soundtrack album composed by George Harrison for the British psychedelic film Wonderwall, directed by Joe Massot. Originally released on Apple Records, it was Harrison's first solo album and the first LP issued on the Apple label. This 2014 remastered CD reissue features the original instrumental soundtrack alongside three additional tracks, including "In The First Place", "Almost Shankara" and an alternative instrumental take of "The Inner Light". Blending traditional Indian classical music, psychedelic rock, experimental compositions and atmospheric instrumentals, the album features contributions from renowned Indian musicians alongside Harrison's distinctive musical arrangements. An adventurous and historically significant recording that captures Harrison's fascination with Indian music and late-1960s experimentation.
