1977 solo album from Corky Laing, best known as the drummer of Mountain and West, Bruce & Laing. Blending rock and soft rock influences, Makin' It On The Street features tracks including "On My Way (To The River)", the title track, "Two Places At One Time", "Somebody Told Me" and "Growin' Old With Rock & Roll". A melodic late-1970s release showcasing Laing's songwriting and musicianship beyond his hard rock roots.
