Buena Vista Social Club was recorded in just seven days in Havana’s EGREM studios in 1996, capturing a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration of legendary Cuban musicians. The album became a global phenomenon—winning a Grammy in 1997 and selling over 8 million copies—while inspiring the acclaimed film by Wim Wenders and bringing artists like Ibrahim Ferrer, Rubén González and Omara Portuondo to international fame.

Produced by Ry Cooder for World Circuit, this landmark release is widely regarded as one of the defining recordings of the 20th century. This anniversary edition features a deluxe remaster from the original tapes, along with previously unheard tracks, rare photos, and new liner notes.
