PRE-OWNED VINYL

DESCRIPTION
Released in 2017, Fake Sugar is the debut solo studio album from American singer Beth Ditto, best known as the powerhouse vocalist of indie rock band Gossip. Moving beyond the dance-punk sound of her former band, Ditto explores a distinctive blend of alternative rock, Southern rock, blues, soul and guitar-driven pop, drawing inspiration from her Arkansas upbringing. Produced by Jennifer Decilveo, the album showcases Ditto's commanding vocals and energetic songwriting across 12 tracks. Featuring the singles "Fire", "We Could Run" and "Oo La La", alongside highlights "In And Out", "Savoir Faire" and the title track, Fake Sugar combines raw rock energy with infectious melodies and a strong Southern influence. This 2017 European Sony Music pressing features the complete album on black vinyl.
