Every deck we sell is fully tested, mechanically sound, and comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty,  so you’re covered where it actually counts: performance.

Cosmetically? Some are near-perfect, others wear a couple of harmless scuffs or marks, the kind that don’t affect the sound, don’t affect the function, and definitely don’t affect the groove. Buying refurbished means you save money, give quality gear a second life, and help keep perfectly good electronics out of landfill.

Because these small cosmetic quirks are part of the refurb charm, we don’t offer refunds or returns for appearance alone. If there’s ever a genuine mechanical issue, that’s absolutely covered with your warranty, but “it plays beautifully, I just don’t like this mark on the lid” won’t qualify.
