THE TOUR
In 1975, Paul McCartney and Wings embarked on a significant concert tour across the United Kingdom, which was part of their broader "Wings Over the World" tour. This tour marked a significant moment in Paul McCartney's post-Beatles career and was highly anticipated by fans.

The tour was organized to promote Wings' album "Venus and Mars," which was released in May 1975. The album featured hits like "Listen to What the Man Said" and "Letting Go."

The UK leg of the tour took place from September 9 to October 20, 1975.

The Wings lineup during this tour included Paul McCartney (vocals, bass, piano), Linda McCartney (keyboards, vocals), Denny Laine (guitar, bass, vocals), Jimmy McCulloch (guitar), and Joe English (drums).

The tour was met with immense excitement and sold-out shows. Fans were enthusiastic about seeing Paul McCartney live in concert, both as a member of Wings and as a former Beatle.
