THE TOUR
The Moody Blues, a British rock band known for their progressive and symphonic rock music, embarked on a world tour in 2005 that included performances in several cities across Australia and New Zealand.  Their tour dates included stops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Wellington and Christchurch. It was the first time the band had ever performed in New Zealand.

During the tour, the Moody Blues performed a mix of their greatest hits and songs from their extensive discography. Some of their most well-known songs include "Nights in White Satin," "Tuesday Afternoon," "Question," and "Your Wildest Dreams."

The Moody Blues were known for their elaborate live performances, often featuring orchestral arrangements and a visually immersive experience. Their concerts typically combined rock music with elements of progressive rock, symphonic rock, and psychedelic music.

The Moody Blues have had a lasting impact on the music industry, particularly within the progressive rock genre. Their music is characterized by poetic lyrics and a unique blend of rock and orchestral elements, which set them apart from many of their contemporaries.

Original members John Lodge, Justin Hayward and Graeme Edge were joined by a talented group of young musicians, Julie Ragins, Norda Mullen, Paul Bliss and Gordon Marshall.

COLLECTABILITY
Tour programs are highly collectable and sought after for several reasons. Firstly, they provide a tangible memento of a specific concert or event, allowing fans to relive the experience and cherish the memories associated with it. Tour programs often feature exclusive content like behind-the-scenes photos, interviews, and detailed information about the artists and their performances. Additionally, they serve as a snapshot of a particular era in an artist's career, making them valuable to both music enthusiasts and historians.  Whether you're a dedicated fan or a passionate collector, owning these programs offers a tangible connection to the music world and serves as a treasured piece of memorabilia.

Programs can also be framed together with other items we have on our website such as vinyl records, official stage guitar picks, autographs, backstage passes, concert tickets, drumsticks and photos and you can create a truly one-of-a-kind unique piece of memorabilia.
