This disc contains no music, only Rob Hirst and Peter Garrett from the band talking about the reasons behind making a Live Album.
This 'radio version' has the questions asked by the interviewer cut out so that various radio DJs could insert questions from inlay using their own voices for the interview.
As the question is not spoken, the notes on release have the in (Start) and out (Finish) words for the reply to the question.

A promotional recording, or promo, is an audio or video recording distributed to promote a recording that may soon be commercially available or maybe just to get advance airplay to break a new band. Promos were normally sent directly to music stores, radio and television stations, music jouralists and critics in the hard copy format of CD, CDR or DVD.

Promos were often distributed in plain packaging, without the text or artwork that appears on the commercial version. Typically a promo is marked with some variation of the following text: "Licensed for promotional use only. Sale is prohibited." It may also state that the promo is still the property of the distributor and is to be "returned upon demand." However, it is not illegal to sell promotional recordings and recalls of promos are extremely rare and unenforced.

A promotional release may be standalone or be part of a press kit, which may include other items such as promotional photos, music videos, press releases, or biographies of the artists.

Because promos were produced in small quantities only and differ from releases later made available to the general public, they are considered valuable collectors' items. Also, since the advent of broad-bandwidth Internet access, online promotional distribution of music has been established. Record companies make their promotional product available as audio/video files and use the Internet as the distribution channel and phased out hard copies by early 2000s thus adding to the rarity of early hard copy promos.
