THE TOUR
The musical "Hair" was performed at the Regal Theatre in Perth in May 2007. It starred Cosima de Vito, Rob Mills and Nikki Webster.

"Hair" is a rock musical that tells the story of a group of politically active, long-haired hippies living a bohemian life in New York City during the Age of Aquarius. They struggle with issues like conscription into the Vietnam War, their conservative parents, and society. The central character, Claude, must decide whether to resist the draft like his friends or to serve in Vietnam, challenging his pacifist principles.

The musical debuted off-Broadway in 1967 and quickly became notable for its portrayal of the hippie counterculture and sexual revolution of the late 1960s. Several of its songs became anthems of the anti-Vietnam War peace movement, and the musical has seen numerous productions worldwide since its original run.
