TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 16 or over. Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Employees of Rockaway Records, their immediate family members, agents, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on November 19, 2024 at 9AM AEST and closes on March 1, 2025 at 5AM AEST
Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
-Follow Rockaway Records on Instagram or Facebook.
-Tag a friend they would like to bring to the concert in the competition post comments.
-Direct Message (DM) Rockaway Records with the keyword “TYLER” Please note this is to help avoid scammers contacting you on a fake account.
EXTRA ENTRY:
-Participants may earn one bonus entry by sharing the competition post publicly on their personal social media account using the hashtag #rockawaytyler
-Members (and new members) will receive One Entry for any purchase over $25 during the competition period.
4. Prize
The prize includes two A-reserve seated tickets to Tyler, The Creator’s Chromakopia Tour in Brisbane on August 31, 2025, valued at $450.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product.
Rockaway Records is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses associated with attending the event.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen by a random draw generator on March 1, 2025 at 10AM AEST.
Rockaway Records will notify the winner via the email address or social media handle provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and Rockaway Records reserves the right to select another winner.
By entering, participants agree that if selected as the winner, their name and/or social media handle may be publicly announced.
6. Publicity
By participating, entrants agree to Rockaway Records using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.
8. Disqualification
Rockaway Records reserves the right to disqualify entries if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, provided false information, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries, including entries that fail to follow competition entry instructions, will be considered invalid.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rockaway Records is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of accepting or participating in the prize, except where required by law.
Rockaway Records will not be liable for any technical or other malfunctions related to the competition or for entries that are lost, misdirected, or delayed.
10. Modification and Termination
Rockaway Records reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the competition if it cannot proceed as planned for any reason, including technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond its control.
11. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. By entering, participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the competition.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions and Rockaway Records’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this competition.
