THE TOUR
10cc, the British rock band, embarked on a concert tour in Australia in 1977 in support of their album "Deceptive Bends," which was released earlier in the same year. The tour took place in various cities across Australia and was a significant event for Australian fans of the band.

"Deceptive Bends" marked a notable moment in 10cc's history as it was their first album without the founding members Kevin Godley and Lol Creme, who had left the group. The album included the hit single "The Things We Do for Love," which was quite popular at the time and became one of the band's signature songs.

During the 10cc "Deceptive Bends" tour in 1977, the band's lineup consisted of the following members:

  1. Eric Stewart was one of the co-founders of 10cc and played a significant role in the band's songwriting, vocals, and guitar work. He continued as a primary songwriter and vocalist after the departure of Godley and Creme.

  2. Graham Gouldman was another co-founder of 10cc and was known for his songwriting, bass guitar, and vocals. He remained an essential member of the band and contributed to many of their hits.

  3. Paul Burgess played drums and percussion during the "Deceptive Bends" tour. He joined the band as their drummer following the departure of Kevin Godley and brought his own unique style to the group.

  4. Rick Fenn was a key addition to the band for the "Deceptive Bends" album and tour. He played lead guitar and provided additional vocals. His guitar work was a crucial element of 10cc's sound during this period.

  5. Stuart Tosh was the drummer and percussionist who played alongside Paul Burgess during the tour. His drumming and backing vocals added depth to the band's live performances.

  6. Tony O'Malley was the keyboard player who joined 10cc in 1977 after the departures of Kevin Godley and Lol Creme.
