Because these small cosmetic quirks are part of the refurb charm, we don’t offer refunds or returns for appearance alone. If there’s ever a genuine mechanical issue, that’s absolutely covered with your warranty — but “it plays beautifully, I just don’t like this mark on the lid” won’t qualify.
