We are currently looking for a mature, reliable and customer-focused person to join our team at Rockaway Records.

This role would suit someone with solid customer service experience, good computer skills and strong attention to detail. The position involves a mix of customer service, data entry, stock card creation, ordering and stock control, so we are looking for someone who can move comfortably between tasks throughout the day.

One minute you may be entering product details into our system, and the next you may be helping a customer choose a turntable, answering questions on the shop floor or assisting with stock. The ability to stay calm, organised and friendly while juggling different priorities is important.

Weekend availability is required, with weekday hours being more flexible on a rotating roster. The role also involves the usual physical demands of a busy retail store, including standing, moving around the shop floor and handling stock.

Training will be provided for the right person, but previous experience in retail, customer service, administration, stock control or data entry would be highly regarded.
