What We're Looking For:

• You must be over 18
• Retail experience preferred
• A strong knowledge of music and/or pop culture is a big plus
• Exceptional customer service skills — friendly, attentive, and helpful
• Well spoken and professional in how you communicate
• Positive attitude — we want people who lift the vibe, not drain it
• Reliable and punctual — show up on time and ready to go
• Good attention to detail — especially with pricing, stock, and presentation
• Comfortable with both in-store and online systems (Shopify, POS, etc.)
• Able to work weekends and public holidays, if needed
