Pick up at Shop
If you wish, you are welcome to personally pick up your web order from our shop located in Westfield Shopping Centre, Level 1, 1151 Creek Road, Carindale, Brisbane. No postage and handling charges would apply in these circumstances.
Once payment has been cleared and we have confirmed stock is available you can then come in to pick up your order. This process usually takes overnight. The confirmation advice will be via email and/or through your Pay Pal account on confirmation of funds. Once you receive either notification you are welcome to come in.
If you wish to pick up orders on the same day you would need to phone 07 3395 4707 – DO NOT EMAIL – to ensure we can have the item available on time.
Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries to Australian metropolitan areas are shipped via Australia Post. Any parcels can be tracked through the Australia Post's tracking systems.
Estimated Delivery Times
Posting is done Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
Standard delivery times within Australia is usually up to 5 business days.
Express post generally ships overnight, however for bulky items please allow an extra day for processing of your order. There will also be extra charges if you require this service.

All items will be sent in one shipment as all stock on our web site is in store ready for shipping. If you, for any reason, specifically require multiple shipments, please contact so we can assist you. Multiple shipments will incur additional charges.

Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.
If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order.
Please understand that a delay may occur if your credit card was declined or if your address requires verification due to insufficient information.
Non-metropolitan or remote areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
Delivery of Your Goods Within Australia
If your parcel cannot be delivered generally you will receive a notification card from Australia Post and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection.
